Leather Warranty Policy

GINTELL LEATHER WARRANTY POLICY

Eligibility

ü  This warranty policy is applicable only to selected GINTELL massage chair models.

ü  Customers may refer to their original purchase invoice or contact customer service to verify model eligibility.

One-Time Exchange Limitation

ü  Eligible products are entitled to a maximum of one (1) leather exchange only throughout the active warranty period.

üOnce the leather exchange has been completed, the warranty benefit will be considered fully utilized.

Warranty Coverage

Covered Leather Areas

ü  The complimentary leather exchange covers the following areas only:

  • Backrest area
  • Seat cushion
  • Pillow / headrest area

Non-Covered Areas

üThe following areas are considered normal wear-and-tear components and are not covered under this policy:

  • Legrest / footrest
  • Armrests
  • Side panels
  • Other exterior leather components

Inspection & Approval Process

üAll leather exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by GINTELL authorized technicians.

Inspection may be conducted through:

  • Photo or video submission
  • Physical on-site inspection

Approval for leather exchange is solely at the discretion of GINTELL after assessment of the reported condition.

How To Submit A Claim

To request a leather exchange:

  1. Visit our Service & Maintenance page - https://gintell.com/pages/service-maintenance
  2. Complete the service request form
  3. Prepare the following:
  • Order ID
  • Product Serial Number
  • Clear photos or videos of the affected leather area   

üProviding complete information will help speed up the inspection and approval process.
